He has some good videos, but no one here seems to like him.
He has to know something, he's pretty successful in buisness.

I agree that some of his information is helpful to average Joe, but I forget which video, have to search through them that completely turned most off to his offerings, it was completely wrong and uninformed. I would just be leery of taking his information without consulting the brotherhood first. Search his videos for "volcano effect" and EDAS

He's a good salesman. Yes he does know something, and to the uneducated, his videos can help you understand your way around under the hood a bit. The problem is, some parts of his videos are misleading, other parts are just flat out wrong.

Yes he has a successful business as a mechanic and he seems to have a never ending supply of stupid customers who don't maintain or take care of their vehicles. Search around the online forums and you'll find a guy who used to work for him who is less than impressed after seeing it all in person. The purpose of the videos is to get you to buy stuff from him.

And so it doesn't look like we're picking on this guy, look around FTE for a while. This place is filled with mechanic screwed the customer stories. They're not all bad, but I'd trust FTE over this guy.

The exhaust system video is a pi$$er...all those hoky clamps sticking down in different directions etc. worth watching for entertainment. I personally wouldn't by water in the desert from him....but, hey its your cash...spend it as you see fit

I watched the exhaust video. Do all exhausts have to have all of those clamps? I have done performance exhaust on cars and they never had that. That exhaust just looks like crap. It even look like it is the same size as the OEM. The OEM looks like better quality as well.

Oh crap! As soon as I read that volcano effect! I started laughing! Funniest video ever! Worth watching just to see him making a complete fool of himself!

Woooo, Clay needs to become a dealer for that Engine Damage Avoidance System!

It's less than a tank of fuel and an oil change for gosh sakes!

Like the one about changing the oil in the HPOP.

When it comes to parting the boys who know nothing about their engines from their money, I suspect he's very good at it.

You're not the first one who has burst in with "news about Powerstrokes" as shown on YouTube.

You're lucky, you also found us here, first.

In FTE we trust. All others pay the price.
