This is my truck in signature as of 15 minutes ago. recorded after driving <5 miles and maybe 10 minute travel time. Never really noticed it before but it seems to ping/tick a lot more than other gas jobs ive heard before. not heard in this video but every now and then there is a pretty loud ping/tick ive actually heard from inside my house before. thoughts? Mine always does it too, but today i was putting my lug nut covers back on after getting my tires rotated and never noticed how much it pings. it was constant like that for about 5 minutes, i am just used to hearing it as im walking away i guess
Well thats good to know, thanks everyone! Im not sure whats up with the loud clank/ping though. Only started after i put my new exhaust on, actually, i havent heard it in a while. maybe i forgot about it (not anymore). But it clanked/pinged while i was driving around and had my dad questioning the noise. have since forgotten about it but ill see if i can hear it tomorrow. maybe it was the muffler breaking in or something?
