I have a dana 44HD out of 1974 F-250. I have a 6" coil lift and 3" body on my 90 F-150. How do you keep coils in front? And what mods to steering would have to be made?
to keep the coils, you would have to weld coil mounts on the hd axel.
to get the steering linkage right, you'll haveto custom fabricate everything, because the 74 250 used a hydraulic ram for power steering. it can be done, just remember to measure twice so you only need to cut once.
good luck!
