Hello
I have a 97 powerstroke
and it vibrates at 55 mph to about 60 mph then goes away
put new tires on it had the mechanic look at it told me the driveshaft was out of balance so off that went for a 200 balance job good u joints
any ideas of what my mystery vibration is

This may sound unintelligent, but check your front U joints, or tie rod ends.
when the front U-joint freezes up it can really through you around. seriously! I've had them where i couldn't turn the tire by hand left or right even with the steering bars disconnected.

there is not a rattling aound that i hear or any funny noises and i will check rear bearings today thanx again
