I am fairly "new" again as i just moved back, I dont know any good dealers. Honestly best the places I ever took my 02 7.3 were Diesel specific repair facilities. as for warrenty service? not sure what dealers are better then others.
Go to them in person and ask the service manager how many diesel techs they have. If they have more techs, they probably do more servicing work. This means they will have a better experience base and a bit more knowledge then the place that has one tech and sees 1 or 2 trucks.

Good advice. I try to stick to the larger fleet dealers. They usually have more experienced diesel techs. I just don't know who they are. Guess I will drop by a few dealers next week and see...
