clicking noise

Lightbulb clicking noise
My front or rear axle (not sure which one) makes a clicking noise every time the wheels do a full rotation. Im not an axle guy so i have no experience with these kinds of issues. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

U-joints caused this on my trucks. Put it in neutral and go back and forth with the drive shaft to look for play in the U-joints.

Might be something simple as a rock or metal object stuck in tire tread...
