Installed p.n. 7271 this week in my f350 srw4x4 rear sway bar. Went in easy enough outside the driver side link to frame bolt which was a real pia.
Drove it empty. Did not notice a difference but I bought it for my truck camper trips which I'll need to wait till next year to appreciate. The hellwig sb is quality part no doubt. Robust,
Yeh, installed mine last night.. cause of the airbags, taking out those other bolts don't actually loosen anything. and lost that drivers side bolt somewhere up on the chassis.. can't see it, hear it, touch it.. had tried to snake it thru with a pull string.. just couldn't get it thru the hole..
maybe it will shake loose and I can get my magnet pickup on it.
took out the airbag, which let me actually reach over the hoses there..
found another bolt, need to get a couple nuts..
I installed one, do see a difference while towing the camper, much more stable. Not much though empty, just a little stiffer. I put mine on a lift to install it, took about 1 hour with 2 of us doing it.

yeh.. I should have bought the lift for my shop first, before the sway bar!.
spent 3 hours by myself, 2 of it fighting the lost bolt. which I hope will rattle loose and I can pick it up with my magnet, vs having to drop the tank (which is currently full).
I've had mine on for about 10k miles. Makes a huge difference when hauling around the slide-in camper. If you stiffen it up to the closest hole it makes an even bigger difference when loaded but it way too stiff unloaded.

nuts installed and tightened down.. test drive down.. no noises..
I have mine in the middle holes. Talked to someone at Hellwig and they suggested that, this way you have adjustment either way. Seems to be a good spot for me.
