Hey guys....I was wondering if this is normal. This trailer is all alum and unloaded. This truck is squatting bad. Heck when I had my 4 wheeler on a 12 foot open trailer all the way forward, it caused the truck to squat.
Is this normal? Is the truck ok? I have to take this trailer tomorrow to WV and want your opinion. The book says the truck can haul 14,000 pounds. This is redicilous. I would expect more but this is my first f250. Always had 350 doolies.

That is one sweet trailer! I have an ATC fifth wheel cargo trailer I use for work, great company. Heck, your truck is mighty fine but the trailer is equally sweet.
I agree that you will be fine and won't damage your truck. My 250 was a big disappointment to me when I got it, my only complaint with these new ones. The 08 I had was much better in the trailer handling. Airbags solve the problem and are the perfect solution in my opinion.

Personally, I don't know much about that. My only issue is the rear leaf setup. I really don't feel comfortable criticizing anything else about these trucks. I do have a leaking radiator but it might be a fluke, one time only thing, so hopefully that will be the end of the story. If not, then I will gladly add it to the list of things I will openly criticize.

yeah, I always say I should have gotten a 350, another problem is the f250 stock sits almost level it may have 1" rake in the back. this means ANY type of load is going to cause sag. alot of the problem would be fixed if they just put the 4" f350 rear blocks in the back, that is what I did and it helped a TON. the overload spring is the final piece of the puzzle if I could find one off an f350 for a decent price I would add it to my truck. if you get the camper package on the f250 it also comes with the overloads, but still retains the 2" rear blocks. the f350 should ride the same unloaded as the f250 because the overload spring is not touching. bottom line, just buy an f350
