IPR problem?

IPR problem?
Since a while my truck bucks after getting warm, but only at cruzing not at idle or accelaration. And its getting worser and worser. After a moment check engine light comes on for some minutes. in this time he runs smooth as before. I am not able to read out codes, because of corroded connector, cables. My idea is worn IPR, or else?

Sounds like a bad ICP. When the CEL comes on it is probably because the PCM detected something wrong with the ICP. The PCM disables it and uses default values, thus it runs better. Can't be sure without codes though. If the IPR was bad then when the CEL came on it would still run crappy.
Unplug the ICP and see if any oil is in the electrical connection.
