The funny this is Rock, they live on the farm and Tomatoes take too much maintenance.
When they come to visit ,we usually go out for dinner and I am their host,so I bring a 32 oz bottle of Ketchup to the restaurant just to make sure they get it.

Once (late 70s) a buddy and I cooked up a mess of spagetti noodles at midnight, but didn't have any spagetti sauce. No problem, we poured a bottle of ketchup all over the noodles and ate them.

Ketchup on eggs is good, but even better is to pour the ketchup in when the eggs are raw, scramble it, and cook it. You have never tasted anything this good. Just be sure to put enough ketchup in. Turns out orangey colored.
Up in forestry camp about 20 years ago they had an institutional cook. All the meat was nasty greasy, so my dinners consisted of, as one of the guys said, "a mountain of potatos, smothered in ketchup."

Oh lord fella's. The bane of the "GOD'S" has got to be ketchup,okra, and celery. What would possess any human being to eat such thing's. It's a travisty that something as good as tomato's could be made into something as nasty tasting as "KETCHUP", it had to be a "Frenchman" that invented the stuff.
