OK- so my new truck is a bit of overkill for this trailer, but I still love it!!!
Seriously do not even know its back there until I look in the mirrors.
There's somethin' makin' it squat and I'm sure it's not that pop up!
Good lookin' setup, but I'm partial to the grey...
I'm a bit partial to the grey as well!!! It does squat a bit more than I thought it would, the tongue weight is 400 lbs but the ride is nice and soft so i'm ok with a little squat.
Thanks for the comments. Can't wait to take my kids out tomorrow night for a little local camping trip.

Have a great time! I can't wait to get my younger 2 out camping. My older 2 boys are over it, they just want to know where they can plug their ipods and cell phones into (and God forbid I take 'em somewhere with no service)...

Sad thing is though, it doesn't take much to make these new F250's squat.
F350 SRW is the way to go.
I had overlooked that it's a 250, they seem to sit almost level empty, at least from the pics I've seen.

Awesome! Camping is like fishing, it's all good, sometimes it's just better than others. Have fun with the kids!
When I got my f250 I hooked up to one of my work trailers and was pretty upset. I posted here immediately warning as many folks that I could to beware of the soft rear springs.
It was told to me by several of the "gurus" that the weight rating is the same as in past but the spring packs are longer for '11 and up. They also removed one for the standard package as compared to prior years. Drove me crazy until firestone finally released the air bag set, had to wait several months.
Nice set up, pop ups have come a long way in recent years.
We took our previous trailer for one trip after I got my '05 PSD. It was an older pop-up trailer that weighed about 3K. I found myself doing 90 MPH in the passing lane after blasting by a line of cars and rigs, completely forgetting about the trailer in tow! I was very lucky a trailer tire didn't grenade.
Load a utility tractor on a 16 foot trailer to a 2010 F250, not much issue.
Do this to a 2011 F250 and your first comment will be "what the....!"
At least, that was mine.
Something else to consider in regards to the squatting in this circumstance -
That cap on the bed adds a few hundred lbs to the truck alone. Add in any gear in the bed and the tongue weight of the trailer and it adds up. That's not to say the springs aren't weak, but it may not all be as light as you think. The fiberglass caps with the windows weigh a bit themselves.
On the topic of the lighter springs on the 250's - I would be curious if those with the 250's have the same "bouncing" I do in my 350, usually noticeable over expansion joints on freeways where there is a rhythmic rolling bounce.
