Well I finally received my ART rotors and pads for my 99 PSD SD and was looking forward this past weekend to install them. But to my suprise or should I have been suprised, the last time I had the rotors turned 20K ago the Tech at ford did not use antiseize on the rotors I have tried almost everything to get them off except using a larger hammer. I did try this but to no avail. Im afraid if I try something more drastic I will damage my rigs suspension or something else.
Please help if you have encountered the same thing and if there is an easier way to get them off. I may even try using my 45 ACP next
Thanks for any advice!!!

I did try that but maybe I didnt give it enough time. I did find some rust breaker spray that may work better but its hard to spray it where I need to get at the back opf the rotors.
Thanks for the reply im going to wrestle with it again this weekend.
Be carefull with the Bigger Hammer method. The bearings are designed to account for side thrust and when you smack the heck out of the drum or rotor the impact is felt by the bearing and race. CarQuest and other places will rent you a puller fairly cheap if not free when you bring it back.
Puller works, but I used that PB brand penitrating oil from autozone, it really worked good, my rims stuck to the little bump on the front bezel and I thought I would have to beat the he** out of it, but that stuff and 10 minuets then light tap (small hammer or back side of a flattip) the sit for 10 more should let you wiggle them off, mine did!
I've used pullers often to get wheels off. Works very good. I've also used a 5 ton porta-power. That too works but not quite as well.
Another trick to do is to remove the lugs and screw a couple on 1/4 the way, and drive foward and backwards slamming the brake to get it to pop.
Once you get the wheels off get some anti-seize from the auto parts store and paste it around the hub and on the rim where it touches the hub. This will make it easier to take off. I read about some others here that had this problem so before mine got too set up I put the anti-seize on. And just last week I rotated my fronts to rear and rears to front, and all I had to to was give it a firm kick and they popped.
wolfmanagh I have done the porta power it works but will push it into another jam if not careful. As for driving with them loose, good luck, I have tried that on my two passenger side wheels, no luck! 1.5 miles later still stuck, porta powered it! then sanded the inner rim and added some good greese.
Also think he is talkin about just the rotor stickking to he hub, in that case like I said PB buster and tap on it.
