Weird Noise From Engine Compartment [ VIDEO]

Weird Noise From Engine Compartment [ VIDEO]
I have a 2003 f250 5.4l..has a weird noise coming from pass side engine bay...

Pcv valve
I had that same sound coming from the 5.4 in my expy, I narrowed the sound down to the pcv valve on the pass. Side valve cover. Some how the spring in the valve became week and the valve wouldn't close all the way, replaced and the sound went away.
