Injector questions

I'm walking through the junk yard today, looking for a new tailgate when I stumble accross a wrecked 94.5 PSD dually with the motor still in it. We never have strokes with motors still in them here. The valley is basically bare except for the the HPOP. Someone took the UVCH, but left injectors. They want 200 for the injectors or 400 for the long block. Now I don't know much about injectors, but all but 2 had A and a bunch of numbers on them. The 2 that didn't had AA and a bunch of numbers. Something wrong here? I'm thinking about buying the whole motor, what are your thoughts opinions?

I'd get the whole motor. I paid $400 for just the injectors from a junkyard truck...

In a nutshell, yes. There were 2 out of the 8 that didn't look the same as the rest. I don't want to buy them and get screwed somewhere down the line when I send them to Rosewood

AA and AO are single shots and the rest are split shots

You can mix AA and AO cause they are single shots but you cant mix AA and AD cause the AD is a split shot

Thanks Mike, now I just need to round up some extra cash and go get this motor. Hopefully it will still be there this weekend.
