Hi,this is my first post. I'm picking up a 2006 350 with a 6.0 this coming weekend. The truck has 145000 miles on it . I will be using it to pull a goose neck trailer. I am looking for as much trouble free fuel mileage as possible. I read most people are putting on a egr delete. Can someone tell me who makes the best one. And any other tips would be great.
