Leveling a 2003 2wd

Leveling a 2003 2wd
I've been looking to level my 03 2wd f250 6.0l. Seen a couple different looking ways to do this. The cheapest ones are these 2in spacers that go right above the coil. Are any of you guys familiar with these? I'm fine with them, because im not looking for a lift, just to level the front with the rear.
My only concern is that normally these don't come with 2in shackles to raise the shock absorbers too. Is that necessary to have, to keep the ride the same? Also, won't I have to do a front wheel alignment afterwards?

The shocks should be fine unless you plan on doing some serious off-roading which I will assume not since its 2wd. I didn't need an alignment after I installed my 2.5" spacers but mine is also a 4x4 not sure if that makes a difference.
