1996 ford steering problems

1996 ford steering problems
when i back up the tires slant inward and when i go foreward they slant outward is this a camber problem or a tie rod problem?

like the whole suspensions drops in reverse and it goes up in foreward

Perfectly normal for the Ford twin I-beam/TTB front suspension.
