Evening Louisiana! I now work for the state. I landed a job as a maintenance repairer at Lake Bistineau State Park. I should start this week once the state gets the paperwork done. I like the location. I never go into a big city on my way to work. No traffic.I fish this lake a bunch. I see hauling the boat to work as a regular thing. Plus it has great benefits like Ins & retirement

Congrats!!! I'm loving my new job in Dodson at Weyerhauser.

I applied for every state job I'm qualified for since this time in 09. Most have been filled by other state workers. I didn't give up. It took 14 applications but I got hired.
