94 maxima-(my brothers) left headlight wont turn off.it turned on by itself overnight, and both lights work when operated by the switch. the left one just wont turn off.
i know that i can pull the fuse to stop the battery drain, but what could be causing this. thanks
if you can find a wiring diagram, i maybe able to help. otherwise, all i can suggest is to look at the switch possibly being bad, and any large harness connectors that may have corrosion.

I know this is NOT going to be a help to you, BUT if it was me, I ould smash the left headlight, then I would continue to smash the hole car.
Again, I realize this MAY not have been the solution you were looking for.

that was the solution i had for him.
he's my youngest brother, 18 years old, and doesnt know a screwdriver from a hammer. so now he's got his first car($500) and needs help. and i answered my phone.
also i was on that site and searched before asking the ford guys. guess you are a better detective than i am
what i have found when it comes to searching forums.....is that google works much better than any forums search engine. i googled "94 maxima left headlight stays on" and came up with a bunch of posts in various forums. it works with FTE as well, especially when FTE's search doesnt let you use small words like TTB.
