FPR or Pump??
95 f250 5.8 4x4- 220,000 miles--Struggles to go over 35-40 mph.---Fuel Pressure- Key on Engine off- 20PSI/ -- Engine idling-- 30PSI--/ 2000 RPM-- pressure drops to about 25psi--- Engine idling --30 psi-- pull vacuum from FPR-NO CHANGE--/Filter 2 months old.--FPR or Pump????God BlessJohnPS: Conanski told me last month he thought Pump was going bad!

I'd say pump also, if it were the regulator the pressure "should" increase with the vacuum line disconnected.. It should go as high as the pump can produce, but it sounds like it does all the pump can do anyway.

And he's telling you the same thing this month. You are seeing the pressure rise and drop with varying vacuum so that would seem to indicate the FPR is still behaving as it should, so that leaves the punp as the only other cause.
