Hey subford - - Working the same issue with my '95 F250 (old farm truck) - rear tank was removed, front tank is intact and all is working except the fuel gauge. Can you clarify 'jumping pin 3 to 2? Do I need to pull the wires from the terminals and jump them / or bridge the switch pins / or bridge the switch pins with the wires installed? Sorry for the questions - Thanks!

the way its worded tells me you would unhook the switch and in the connector there you would jump the terminals with a suitable wire
