Trans. Problem any info will help

I've got a 2011 F250, build date 5/2010, I have 27000 miles on the clock trouble free Yesterday after driving a short distance and leaving the truck set for 1 hour I pulled out of a parking lot on to a busy street the trans. shifted 1st , 2nd then slipped into neutral engine RPM went up then when I let off it slammed into 3rd. It would not repeat this problem the rest of the day. I took my truck to the dealer this after noon and he made an appointment for Monday, But tells me the TSB he found calls for replacing solenoids and reprograming the TCM. I've been unable to find any solid info. on having to open the trans. for TSB10-23-9 or TSB11-7-10 any info will sure be welcome

My truck did that only once (about 6 months ago) but at wide open throttle. Same thing as you describe and made an awfull whirling noise. I never did the TSB and the truck never did it again. I switched to H&S trans tune for a while but I am back on stock again and it has not repeated.
