Can you start over? Your post makes no sense. What wires touched what? What happened? What specifically do you mean by the "solenoid wiring harness" and what does that have to do with the issue? Is this the area everything is melted? What truck are you working on? None of us are mind readers.
If you have melted wires in your truck, then there's no point in chasing a blown fuse at this point because you likely have missing insulation in several places. I'm not really following what you're saying; help us help you.
