06 FX4 Shifting / Acceleration issues, please help

I have a 2006 F-150 FX4 4x4 (128k). This has been my first Ford truck and have loved it up until a few days ago. I just returned from my 3rd trip to WY with the truck. When I got back the truck has been accelerating very rough and almost seeming like the the trans was slipping. Below is what I have doen so far with no change.

1. Cleaned MAF
2. Took off throttle body and cleaned
3. Gas treatment added
4. Trans treatment added
5. Took to my trans guy who could not see any codes and could not tell me for sure that it was a trans issue

After reading some on here I guess my next step would be to do new coils/plugs and see if there is a problem? But agin there are no codes coming up. Engine seems to idle and rev fine in Park and Neutral.

Any help would be great!

If the plugs have never been changed then that's what I would start with. Even without codes the plugs could still be having misfires just not enough to send a code. The coils may not need to be done yet but the plugs should of been done 30k ago.

Also have you changed out your fuel filter recently. May not be getting enough fuel when under real pressure.

thanks, that's my next step. Dropping it off in the am to have the plugs/coils looked at. Read about all of the nightmares with the plugs.

Between 45-55mph hesitation seems OD in and out

04 F150 120,000 codes showed and the dealer dumped 1300$ into it changing a few things but light came back on after a trip outta town. Got an appointment to tune up so I know where I stand. Hear it may do wonders
Fuel injection service
Fuel and air filters
Trans fluid clean and change
Plugs

Little costly but from what I hear it may help alot or even cure?
Any luck where you stand?
