And @73FG: Is the Saginaw pump all I need? Ie can i use my steering gear box with the saginaw pump for hydro assist? Oh, and another idea I had pop in my head was if I use my steering box and if it needs to be rebuilt, i might do the redneck Ram stage II kit. Cause I will get everything I need plus a rebuilt box from what they say. What do you think?

You don't have to run a saginaw pump but it works much better than the ford pumps.
You could get redneck ram to do your box but ill guess it will cost you from 3-500$ . Edit i seen the kit but I notive it doesnt come with a ram I dont think as it doesnt list it but shows a pic. Lines cost me about $100 locally made
If it doesn't need a rebuild get a reseal kit and do the input and sector shaft seal. My shop it looks like they coated the seals with Vaseline as I got them to assemble it as my attempt leaked for some reason. Might want to look into that if you do it yourself. The tricky part is finding where to tap your box. I used a donor / tester box to find where to tap as somee spots were too thin and didn't have much meat. If you had a ford 2wd box like mine I could show you where to tap. I couldn't find anywhere on the net where someone did this same box so I figured it out myself.
I used this chart I found to help me find where to tap
Im the kinda guy that just makes stuff work! You spend however much you want but like I said I did it all my own for around $300 plus re seal kit and install about another $50

I see your 2 posts were both just advertising your what looks like a home back shop. Do you search steering issues and copy and paste the same thing cuz both your posts are almost identical. There's not too much inside steering boxes for gears most remaned boxes just have new seals and Teflon rings as most other stuff doesn't wear too much. Don't bother with this guy there's plenty of local shops that can re seal box or fine tune the worm gear play.
My powersteering fluid took a couple days of bleeding the system to get all the air out. Start it, cycle it then let it sit overnite and let the bubbles settle. Do again next day.
As for pump yeah it's just mounted on your motor so it will work for w/e axle.
Best bet is go to a wrecker and find one from an econoline van. Take the whole bracket and you may have to modify it. What motor do you have. Ask around and see what bracket guys used.
When you go with hydro assist ram again it's interchangeable between axles you just need to weld new tabs to the d60.
As for ram this one works fine for me..
Tapping the steering box might be tricky. What box do you have?
Although I since learned not to use AN hose, this is what I made up to bleed my cylinder. Hooked it up, filled the resevoir and pushed the cylinger backand fourth till all the air was out then took it right to the truck and put the lines on the box. It worked fine right off.
We've used them before with no problem, but right now I'm waiting over a month for an order. Called them three times and always get a different story. Won't let me cancel for a refund.

Here are the facts: Parts Guy Ed (Ed Olson, parts manager of Horizon Ford in Tukwila WA) suffered a stroke .. is currently recuperating.
Since Ed handled all the orders, the other parts peeps are slow in filling them. I'll give Ed a call, pass along the problem you're having.
