I have a 2007 FX4 with a center console shift and ever since i got the truck back from the shop it seems to have trouble shifting into reverse.

Going from Park to Reverse everything seems to be just fine. Shifts into Reverse quickly and the back up lights turn on
Going from Drive or Neutral into reverse the back up lights do not light up and 50% of the time you have to push the shifter "up" now it dont exactly move any farther (1/8th of an inch) but at the point it will engage into Reverse.

Seems kinda strange to me because they didn't touch the transmission or the shift linkage.

I checked the transmission fluid and its clean and full. I checked the shifter cable to where it has a mount before hooking into my shift linkage, it is all bolted in and tight.
