It would be helpful if we knew what year and model you have.

These is a huge aftermarket available for these trucks. You can lift, lower, or just make it ride better.

What do you want it to do for you?

Here is my Bronco... it's got a couple of upgrades.

New Polyurethane bushings are a simple, inexpensive, quality upgrade.

Including the one from Harrier, apparently. Nice shot of a ride which looks like 2 tons of fun!

New bushings are an upgrade if yours are worn out, but I don't recommend poly bushings for anything but body mounts.

Why is that? I put some on mine and the truck rides better than new.

They restrict suspension movement and normally tear quickly. I tried a set on my beams once and they only last 2 months. I got about a year out of rubber.

I have since gone to spherical bearings and they have had no issue for the last two years. I'm pretty rough on equipment though.

Actually, Harrier is the airplane, it is built in Great Britain by Hawker-Siddley and in this country by McDonnell-Douglas now Boeing. The current version is the AV8B and is flown by the Marines.

It was past my bedtime when I posted that, else I would have said simply the Harrier add-on, or the one from Hawker-Siddley.

I have done what you described but lowered my 85. The handling is greatly improved. I have not acquired any traction bars yet, but need to badly because of the wheel hop.
