The address starts yblock , not y-block . FTE doesnt allow email addresses posted on the site, so that is the reason for the address with a bunch of spaces. As I understand it a publicly posted email address is open to abuse by spammers, scammers, etc.
Well crap. Today is our first rain of the season since May 5th, and a full 30 ft. section of gutter just came tumbling down. I thought we might be having an earthquake

LOL LOL LOL LOOL rain wahat is that? Damn nwe haven't had any decesnt rain since April! We are dry as a bone.
