I have just finished a tuneup minus fuel filter and cap n' rotor, while under the truck doing my oil change, I noticed my pre-cat O2 sensor became unplugged, I cleaned the connector ends and clipped it back in, I have zero idea how long its been unplugged, but since that, I am getting worse mileage then ive ever gotten in my truck, to add to the frustration, my throttle is acting strange, it is either idle, 10% throttle (estimate) or to the floor, where it will actually accelerate, its frustrating, I have no access to an OBD1 tester, nor the money for a shop.
Your 1995 should display 3 digit codes, not 2. Ford started to transition from 2 to 3 digit codes in 1991. By 1995 it is extremely rare for 2 digit codes. Plus there is never a mix of 2 or 3, or 1 that you listed. It's one or the other.

I followed the instructions on the link provided, and the "pauses" gave me what is listed, I follow directions, obviously there is something seriously wrong with my truck, and as of 10am, the strange throttle stuff stopped, and my MPG is half of what it was before, im getting (est) 4mpg in town, my wife and I have decided its time to say goodbye to the ol girl, no more work will be done to her, 16 years and 181k....shes had enough, we are looking at a 2001 F250 Super Duty, as soon as I sell my S10 ZR2.
Thanks for the help, but we have given up, with how bad the truck has gotten since I posted this, its hopeless.
