FICM TUNING?

anyone have their ficm tuned? im really interested in it from PHP but not sure. if so how do you like it and worth doing? it seems worth it to me but wanna make sure. also do i need the ECM/TCM rolled back as well? and if you dont what are your thoughts on this as well is it something you would do?
