Strange Electrical issue

I just bought my 2001 F350 Powerstroke. I was driving it home and I hit the wipers and the lights came on for low fuel, oil pressure and temp. all gauges stayed solid. It did this twice then not again. Is this something you guys have run into before??

gem module, fuse box a good possibility. mine loses power on all the gauges and odometer I swapped it with a junk yard one and the wipers were going all the time.
