Rear brake drum shake

Rear brake drum shake
I have replaced the rear drums and pads on my 96. They were good for a short time and the shake returned. I took the drums and had them turned. The man that did it said there was one that had a hard spot in one of them and had to turn it down quite a bit.
They were good for a while and now it's back. I do some towing and use the brakes for a good distance because of the terrain of our driveway which is long and I am assuming that they are heating way up.
My question is: Does anyone have a source or idea of some high quality drums or heavy duty ones that will take the abuse? The ones described were the low cost aftermarket ones from Advance Auto. Perhaps I should look into their higher cost lifetime units?
Thanks for any ideas...
