Ford Oil additive

What is the name of that stuff Ford adds at the factory to keep this motor quiet? Its made by Motorcraft.

Ford makes an oil additive called XL17. It suppose to be a friction modifier made with carbon. This stuff is literally coal black, but I don't know if they install this stuff at the factory.
