OK guys ,i am looking at a tru-cool transmission cooler mod 4590 gvw 28000 size 12x11x1 1/2 it will be going on a 95 psd with 355 rear end,i had one on my other truck that i use to have ,i believe it was a little smaller.Need some comments.

Sounds like a good start to me. Should do most of what you to do, where do you plan on mounting it? I put mine in front of the a/c condenser so it would have the most incoming air. The ultimate would to be to add a temp gauge and to keep track of it.
Jim, I run the trucool, I think its 4739. Same rear gears as you have. The one I got comes with a thermal bypass to let the trans warm up faster in the winter time. I haven't ever seen over 200 with it, 95+ degrees outside and windy pulling my big trailer. I'm very happy. Mine is mounted between the IC and the AC so its covered up and that is still the hottest I've seen.
