Yes, it will work. I'm not familiar with the cooler line routing on that transmission. It is a 4R55E.
The dealer told me the flush schedule for the 4r100 is every 30k, and trans filters are every 60k. I had my 198k truck flushed when I bought it because that was the only service I couldn't find in the records that came with it.
also, after replacing 4 trans in my old 97 ram 1500 I took it to get flushed 15k after the last rebuild, the trans shoo wasn't going to do it because the truck had over 75k on it. Once I told him it was a 15k trans he did it. Gave the same reason as mentioned above, most that come in for flushes are already having prpblems a flush wont fix.
