Gangstakr''..hope I did not offend you, I have a restomod myself, just saying that's a
real, real nice wheel!..wish I had one!..but my 65 is not that radical'' anyway, just thought copter pilot would be very impressed, as I am!
Gangstakr''..Sweet wheel!... Damn it man.., Jetcopter pilot needs one!,,lol
I am a helicopterpilot... not a WWII bomber pilot but it is a cool wheel! I still keep my mustang wheel in my slick , I like the wood wheel! I see enough cyclic's, collectives, and pedals each week!

I don't get offended, I believe in the old saying "Whack'em and Pack'em"
Just kidding. Thanks for the compliments.
I originally wanted a F100 Super Sabre steering yoke for my truck, a friend I had who worked at an airport as a mechanic gave me this one. I think the F100 Super Sabre had a "Joy Stick" I was trying to mod using F100 parts. The F100 Super Sabre is an F100 right? That's my logic.

Correct! The F86 was the sabre, and the F100 was the Super Sabre. good call! I prefer the joy stick flying over the more clumsy Yoke! Although driving a slick with a joy stick would be interesting.. I would find it very confusing !
The North American Aviation F-100 Super Sabre - first operational fighter aircraft in the world capable of straight and level supersonic flight (didn't have to do it in a dive) in 1953 - is the basis for my FTE name. A friend of mine in the Southern Arizona Mustang Club has P51 for his vanity license plate - another great North American Aviation aircraft. Kinda too bad NAA finally got swallowed up by Boeing.
