Hi
Where can I find the main cast iron piece for the the transfer case (the one with the star nut) for a old body style 97 f-250 4x4 to purchase online?

What piece are you talking about? The t-case is cast magnesium alloy (looks like aluminum). Is it an internal or external part? Front or back?

It's the external arm that attaches directly to the
4x4 shift
