Alright I'm going to replace the one injector cup that had a water/fuel mix spraying out when I was purging the cylinders after doing all of them hoping this is my problem with fuel still being in the coolant. If your just doing one( the back passenger one) is it ok to just remove the one injector and glow plug and follow the same procedure?
Ya it was. And after I put the injectors back in and was cranking it to purge the cylinders the back passenger one was the only one spraying stuff out. I did it quit a few times to clear it but it just stayed consistent.
Pull the injector in the suspect cup . You may be able to rent a cooling system pressure test from an auto part store .. If you have a bad cup , you will be able to see coolant seeping from it ...

If it's not seated/ sealed properly, would that cause the problem? I cranked on it numerous times and for 15-20 seconds at a time. And it was always the same amount. Could there be anything else causing fuel to get in the coolant besides cups?
The only other ways for water to be in the cylinder are head gasket or a crack in the cylinder . If you had a crack in the cyl wall , there would have been water blowing out of the degass bottle from the pressure . Head gasket usually makes a lot of steam in the morning at start up , or if its really bad ,the motor will hydro lock. You can also do a test called a cylinder leak down .. It will tell you where anything is leaking
Need more info.
If the sleeve had been previously replaced and you now see coolant spit out the cylinder, then that sleeve was not re-installed propely and needs to be done again.
If that sleeve was not previously replaced, I don't think it's your problem.
