Front valance

Can anyone tell me how the front valance is connected to the front bumper? Mine is loose at the corner and will not reattach. It is also discolored. I have found replacemens on ebay but want to know if it clips on or what else I may need before I buy one. Thanks

I want to say it was screwed on. I replaced mine with Xenon valance and have bolts in it to hold it in place. Just picked up a Ranch Hand so will be pulling the original bumper and valance off.

Yeah, I was thinking I should post it up in the classifieds along with the front hitch since the RH has the integrated hitch and winch mounts.

I'd like to know any tips on replacing the upper plastic valence on my 2002 superb duty. I've got a new one here to replace my faded unit. It looks like simple push in clips everywhere except the ends of both sides. Looks to be that the two plastic tips run though a reinforced plate with two nuts. These nuts do not look like they will unscrew. Any help appreciated.
