If you have an 02 and up (and maybe even an 01) you can go to the dealer and see if they'll print you an OASIS report for you. It shows any warranty work that was done at the dealer and some of the original build information. Just don't go asking around here for it, people got in trouble for providing them.

Yes I've heard of that from report, a friend that works with Ford commercial vehicles said to go to a dealer and ask. The truck in question now is a 2011 never titled or registered.
How do I find out if they have done all the recalls if there are any on it as well as uping the torque to the trans to 800ftlbs?
They'll definitely be able to pull one then. IIRC, they keep the reports for 10 years. If there are outstanding recalls, they will show on the OASIS. When I got my copy, the there was one listed for the CPS recall which I hadn't gone in for at the time. No idea on the torque part. Maybe your friend could fill you in on that? Or the guy that gives you the report.
