According to the 1969 Ford Trucks sales brochure, discs weren't an option for the F100. 69brochure_p12
More evidence from Fordification: Installing Disc Brakes on Your 2WD Pickup - Pt. 1 - FORDification.com
" Although Ford started installing disc brakes on the F-250 in 1968, they were not factory-installed on the F-100 until 1973...the first year they were standard equipment on all F-100 through F-350 trucks.... "
If it starts with a "C" then your rig has at least period correct I-beams and the brakes might be from a newer rig. If it starts with a "D" then that's a 70s era part and not original to your 69 and someone likely swapped in the I-beams and discs.
If they are Ford calipers, then most likely 73-79 stuff fits. Some kits use GM or GM style calipers, though. If it has wedge pins holding the calipers, it's Ford. If it has two allen head slide pins, it's GM style.
