recieved my john wood valve body today need tourque specs

I have the valve body, the mobil 1 ATF, drip pan, card board, and rags I am ready to go. just need tourque specs and the what not. OH and a new filter please help I want to start this tomorrow morning thanks,

I installed min a couple years ago ,easy,take your time.Great for your tranny...I also replaced filter and put in all synthetic mobil 1 fluid...
