codes question
when reading codes on a 92 f150......its very confusing, i read the article posted but am still having trouble....are they 2 didget or 3 dideget codes on these trucks??? and id love a walkthru in better detail on how to read them

92 was one of the transition years - it could be either 2 or 3 digit codes, but will never have both. You really just have to get a feel for the timing and the length of pauses between blinks to count the digits correctly. The diagram here might help with the spacing: EEC IV Self Test hookup .
