MPG?
2003 F-350 auto, I;'m getting 16mpg, swear it used to be closer to 20. Am I in the ballpark?

Depends, DRW or SRW? What do you have in the pumpkin? How fast do you drive? These mpg threads are like the oil or EGR delete threads....

hmmm... thats higher then what was posted on the window sticker

I don't believe they are required to show MPG numbers on trucks

They're not required to disclose the fuel mileage numbers for these trucks. I beleive Cheezit was cracking a funny on us.

my 2006 F-250 s/c 4wd truck was getting 17.5mpg stock. with the superchips programmer its getting 20mpg

All these ambiguous mileage statements. I was getting 18 or 20 mpg. Is that hiway, city, towing, falling off a cliff or what? I can say I'm getting a certain mpg. If I don't state the circumstances and speeds it means squat. Just trying to compare apples to apples and not apples to rocks going over a cliff. Sorry for the rant but not one of the mileage claims as stated meant squat.

is it a twin turbo 6.0 or single? what gears? 6 Speed or Auto? 4wd or 2wd? my uncle had a 06 one ton 4wd 6.0 with twin turbos and it come out with 4.11s and got like 14 or 15 on the hwy and 8 in town

ya not the most fuel efficent trucks but they have power id prefer a 7.3 any day.. cousins 01 7.3L 4wd 6 speed got 23 on the hyw and 18 in town
