What kind of ceramic paint is that you used on the firewall? I would like to check that out for the project I'm working on now. Thanks, Dan

You've done a great job documenting your build. Not only am I impressed by the work you've done but the pace at which you have knocked this stuff out shames me. You are flat getting it DONE!

After a month of resting my injuries I took of the front clip and sold it to some guy in New Zealand and found a awesome one from one of our moderators on here to replace it. Mostly surface rust with some cancer at the fenders where they connect to the running boards which I repaired and painted. (much better than the one on it)

-Sanded
-most of the dings repaired
-new bolts from home depot purchased
-prepped and painted the frame and bumper arms

Are you going to put in the rad. support to support the "nose" of the truck? Or are you going to do something different?

With the alright shape of your floorboard, have you thought about just using the Por-15 floorboard patch? If you go to their website, you can see what I'm talking about. (Just an idea)

Chris I have heard of it before but have never used it. I have a few rust areas on the floor board that could use a quick fix.

PORPATCH-POR-15 Inc.

I have to reevaluate the rust and make a decision to either replace the rear portion (floorboard) or just patch it with por15. Im just worried the floorboard might be to weak to support heavy weight.
