4.0 sohc charging system
my 1999 explorer is having issues charging the alt. tested good at the local auto parts store so i replaced the battery but the gauge is still showing low 11.9-12.1volts according to my multi meter what else could it be? also my dash/raido lights dont work but the gauges and idiot lights do i looked at the fuses all seem well any ideas there?
