been looking at your engine pic in your sig, and was wondering what sort of setup you have for that airbox. Is that something you made yourself, or scavenged from another vehicle or something?
that's where I got mine from, someone on another forum took something like half a second off his 1/4 with it, I didn't notice much difference but he has a lot more engine than me. If you have a performer RPM intake and a Holley carb you cant use a spacer you'll also need to make sure you order the drop base kit as the normal one will not clear the firewall
Its definitely a product that will see my truck in the future. Brian went from a 13.2 to a 12.7 with this alone. I think car craft did an article on this too but their gains were only like 2 tenths if memory serves me correct. Of course they weren't using it on an FE. FE's really like to keep the engine bay warm due to the vast amounts of cast iron they are made with.
