There looks to be less than 1" difference in diameter between the 235 and 285.
I like how the cooper a/t3 look compared to the old a/t.
What is the width of the stock steel rims?

16x7. I only have about 700 miles on my at3s but no complaints so far. All on dry pavement.

I was working on a 6leaker today that had 265 tires, looked good. saw a 6.4 with 275(i think). Would like to see 285 in person, leaning toward the 265.
What do the 265/75-16 cooper a/t3 run around?

FYI, the 265/75 and the stock 235/85 are about the exact same height (within a couple tenths of an inch, manufactures vary some too), just a little wider. Your speedo should be about perfect if you go with them, mine is. Here's a crappy pic of mine with the 265's parked in its spot, heavy *** diesel sinks into the gravel as you can see.
