You guys are right, I had the boys measure it up and that Fiat is actually a lot bigger than it looks! A long bed with a deck you would be good to go, a short bed with tail gate open is a no go. Width wise it is really close. Truck was not done until 5 so I was sunk before I began on this one.

Anyway, the dealer replaced the water pump on warranty. 4 days in the shop I guess I can accept. Everything is good....

But nothing is easy for me (or at least I don't let anything be easy for me??). Looking at the invoice I see Water pump N/C, Labour N/C etc all the way down. Then I see MSC $11.90 Labour + shop charge and taxes = $14.00 even. I think to myself, it's been a very stressfull week, I have to see my cardiologist on Monday and my blood pressure is already high (I can feel it and that aint good), should just pay the $14.00 and be on my way? But I can't resist, I ask the girl, what is the $11.90 labour for? She looks at the invoice for a while and says, that is the labour to change your water pump. I say, if you guys will do 5 hours work for $11.90 I can get you a lot more work. She doesn't understand and call for the service manager (my buddy). He says, what is the problem SIR? I say no problem, just wondering what the $11.90 labour charge is for. He says, We pressure washed the underside of your engine to get all the leaked coolant off and that is not covered under warranty. I say, OK. He says, do you have a PROBLEM with this charge SIR? I (despite my better judgement) say NO SIR. He walkes away. I hand her a 20 and she calculates my change ON A CALCULATOR. She says she owes me $6 (didn't have my blackberry out so I could not confirm) but she only has a $10. Not wanting to give her an un deserved $6 I paid the big bill on my VISA, thank goodness there was enough room!.

OK, I know I make too big of a deal out of everything so I take a deep breath.....Walk out to my truck that was clean when I dropped it off and now it is covered in mud! What the heck, ringing in my ears, looking for the nitro, heart missing a few beats. Another deep breath, open the door and climb in. Start her up and open the windows, hear that tuned 6.7 lope that I love and instantly my blood pressure drops. Bounce out of the dealers lot at about 60 MPH (thanks Carli) and peel some rubber onto the access road. Some jerk does not want to let me merge onto the hiway, put 497 hp to the rear wheels and blow his doors off. Drive home with Rhianna (SP, not that I spell anything right) drink to that CRANKED. Blood pressure is way low, couple of crown royal and all is good.

Despite everything, I really love this truck!

Thanks

Well, upon installing the Icon dual stabilizer kit today I find the leak as well. I guess it will have to wait a few more days hoping the coolant leak can be fixed tomorrow by the Ford stealer. Was going to go in and get the leveling kit installed tomorrow, but decided I better get the leak fixed first just in case the warranty gets denied due to the leveling kit.
Why can't anything go right? Blood pressure is starting to rise......

Truck is in the shop and just got confirmation that the water pump was leaking. Any others having this problem?

Would have never noticed it but I was installing the dual stabilizer yesterday and seen orange fluid right above the factory (steering) shock.
