NEWB! F150 project.
hey guys, im the fresh meat tonight i guess. (how many times do you actually get to use that line in life?) Anyways, i just picked up a 84 ford f150 that was hit in the front, and it pushed the frame horns over to the DS about 4" So ill be looking for a hood, fenders, grille and headlights, bumper. I would LOVE to do the 93-96 f150 front end swap, but i have to look into what is all involved. Other then that im looking at a mild 4" lift, making the whole truck flat black, getting ahold of some black diamond plate for all the wrong reasons and throwing on some meaty 33" tires i think? It already has a rebuilt 351 and strong trans. bought it from a mechanic. I did find an eighties ford f150 with a metal service box........anyone have any ideas what one of those weighs? or what they are worth used not all rusted up? thanks in advance guys.
